As a therapist or professional in a helping profession, you also need help, but where can you go that will feel safe, kind, have the insight you're looking for, and be truly confidential?
Hello!
I'm Whitney,
As a therapist who has also spent 10+ years on the OTHER side of the couch as a client, I value not just helping clients find peace and healing, but doing the therapy work myself too.
I believe we can't help people heal past where we ourselves have been willing to heal. It's unfortunate how much shame therapists and those in the mental health or medical field can feel in pursuing their own therapy.
Let's change that narrative.

Your clients need you to engage deeply in your own deep, inner work, because it makes you a better healer.
I've worked with therapists, social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists, doctors, and other types of healing professionals for nearly ten years.

Just because you know information about mental health doesn't mean you're able to apply it to your own life. Knowledge is different than the experience of therapy.
Your community may feel small, and it can be tough to find a therapist who is outside of your professional network. That's why I believe it's important to offer confidential therapy to therapists and other professionals outside of the city/metro area they live in.
I work with clients all across Colorado, Texas, and New Mexico.
