Your success shouldn’t come at the expense of your mental health.
The support you need is here!
Are you a “go-getter” or “over-achiever” or perhaps you’ve found yourself in a position that you aren’t quite sure how you’ve landed, but you feel like you’re on the verge of burnout?
You are working long hours, you are managing groups of people, and you feel like you are in over your head. While you feel grateful for these opportunities, it can feel overwhelming and even lonely to have success, big or small.
You look like you have it all together and you don’t want to worry the people around you with the truth of how you’re feeling inside. You are calm, cool, and collected on the outside, but it’s starting to become hard to carry your daily responsibilities around without having somewhere to release it all.
If you are a high achiever, you probably have a lot going on in your life.
Many of my clients are self identified high achievers and often come to me feeling stressed and anxious.
These daily struggles combined with a high stress job usually make for a great fit for executive coaching.
I have had the opportunity to support clients in high stress jobs, overcome years of anxiety and overwhelm and move forward in their career with confidence, less stress, and healthy boundary setting and communication skills.
What exactly is Executive Coaching?
Perhaps you’ve considered finding a counselor or therapist to process through all of the things that have been causing you anxiety in your personal life and work life, but you are unsure if a therapist is going to understand your personal-life and work-life problems fully or even have the support you are seeking out.
Executive Coaching is a great place to begin unloading the stressors of your job and how they impact your day to day life.
This is a 1:1 private relationship where you are able to talk about the difficulties and challenges you face, without having to feel that having them is a sign of failure.
This is a great way to work through your work life problems while considering how these problems trickle into your personal life as well.
My goal is to help you:
Clarify and express what your own unique style of leadership is
How you can work with and communicate with different types of people
How you can allow the team you’ve assembled, or been given, to do their jobs while you do yours
Cope with the stresses that come with your successes so that you can more fully enjoy life.
"The self-awareness I've gained has already far surpassed what I imagined. Wish I would have reached out to you much sooner but also grateful I finally did."
